We founded Ember because we genuinely love this industry and the people who make it what it is. We wanted to create a space where we could pour into other stylists, support their growth, and help keep the fire for this career alive.

Hi, I'm Mollie, co-owner of Ember Hair Co., hairstylist, and mentor. I credit so much of my own confidence and personal growth to this industry. To me, doing hair has always been about more than just the finished product. It's an opportunity to help people step into the best version of themselves. That belief is what first drew me to the mentorship side of our industry.

The studio
Our space is in the build-out process now, just outside Saint Paul. It's being thoughtfully designed to feel open, elevated, and inviting — an open-concept layout with natural light as the primary focus.
