Hi, I'm Mollie, co-owner of Ember Hair Co., hairstylist, and mentor. I credit so much of my own confidence and personal growth to this industry. To me, doing hair has always been about more than just the finished product. It's an opportunity to help people step into the best version of themselves. That belief is what first drew me to the mentorship side of our industry.

While creating beautiful hair has always been my passion, I am equally excited to step into this new phase of helping stylists grow deeper into their confidence, refine their craft, and build successful, fulfilling careers. Being able to guide and support others on their journey is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

At Ember Hair Co., my goal is to create a space where both guests and stylists feel inspired, supported, and empowered to grow.

Hi, I'm Shae! Co-owner of Ember Hair Co., hairstylist, and entrepreneur. I've always loved the creativity and connection that come with being a hairstylist, but over time my passion has grown into something bigger: creating a space where stylists can build careers they're genuinely proud of.

I believe stylists thrive when they have the freedom to create their own path while still feeling supported and connected to the people around them. That belief is a huge part of why we created Ember. I wanted to build a salon that puts the stylist first - a place where independence, community, creativity, and growth can all exist together.

As a stylist, I focus on creating effortless, customized hair that feels like you. I'm passionate about building genuine relationships with my clients and creating an experience that feels comfortable, elevated, and personal. Ember Hair Co. was born from the vision to create something bigger than a salon - a space where talented stylists can have the freedom to build their own businesses while still having a strong sense of community, support, and connection.
